The Bailiffe Bridge School Geography curriculum aligns with the national curriculum and inspires curiosity and fascination about the world and its people. It aims to equip children with knowledge about diverse places, people, resources and natural and human environments, together with a deep understanding of the Earth’s key physical and human processes.
Through progressive units of work, children deepen their understanding of the interaction between physical and human processes and the formation and use of landscapes and environments.
Discrete lessons ensure that children acquire and secure the geographical knowledge, understanding and skills needed to be successful geographers.
