Our Curriculum

The Bailiffe Bridge School Science curriculum aligns with the national curriculum. It aims to give all children a strong understanding of the world through the specific disciplines of biology, chemistry and physics.

Through progressive units of work, children will acquire the knowledge, methods and processes needed to help them think and work scientifically. They will also develop an understanding of the uses and implications of science.

Our Science curriculum aims to develop a sense of excitement and curiosity about natural phenomena while encouraging children to understand how science can be used to explain what is occurring, predict how things will behave, and analyse causes.
